Return Policy

Return Window:
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging with all original labels intact.

Non-Returnable Items:
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned unless defective:

• Items listed as blemished
• Soft baits
• Other items marked as non-returnable or that have been opened and used
• Spools & Bearings

Every spool undergoes thorough inspection to guarantee the highest quality standards. However, due to the nature of 7075 aluminum, minor cosmetic imperfections such as slight tool marks and variations in anodized finish may occur. These characteristics are inherent to the material and do not impact the performance of the spools. Therefore, they are not considered defects.

 

Refund Details:
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, and we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please email us at tinytackleshop@gmail.com with your name and order number. Please ensure the item is placed back in its original packaging and use extra packaging material if necessary. We are not responsible for any damage or loss during transit.

Refund Processing:
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 days for inspection and processing. We will notify you when your refund is being processed. Note that we cannot issue a refund if the item is used, damaged, or not in its original packaging.
